ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may include an anti-pinch safety function. Do not power-test the motor before installation, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to lose its setting.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully.
• If the glass drops after reaching the top, perform the anti-pinch reset procedure.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to raise the window fully.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the procedure.
