ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch window motor and the window drops after reaching the top, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• If the window goes fully up and then drops, follow the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the glass still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
