ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF EQUIPPED)

If the window regulator motor includes an anti-pinch function, it may require reset after installation.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Pull the switch up and confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the steps until the function is set correctly.
