ANTI-PINCH MOTOR SETUP NOTE

If used with an electric motor that has an anti-pinch or one-touch function, correct setup is critical. Do not test the motor before installation in the door, as this may cause the anti-pinch function to lose its setting and require reset.

ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (WHERE APPLICABLE)

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window fully and check operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully and confirm it no longer drops at the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset sequence until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
