ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTE (FOR MOTORS)

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch function, correct setup is essential. Do not test the motor before installation in the door, or the anti-pinch function may need to be reset.

After installing the motor and connecting the one-touch window switch, pull the switch up. The window should travel fully upward. If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top and does not drop. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
