ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If used with a motor featuring an anti-pinch function, follow these guidelines:

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch. Pull the switch up; the window should go fully up.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still goes down after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until successful.
