ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION – MOTOR RESET GUIDE

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is mounted in the door or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch to raise the window fully. If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to raise the window fully and confirm it no longer drops at the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
