ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

The motor is equipped with an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door and connect to the one-touch switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully to confirm correct function.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up.

The reset is complete if the window no longer moves down after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
