Anti-Pinch Function Setup

This regulator motor is compatible with anti-pinch and one-touch window systems. Do not test the motor before it is fully installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may need to be reset.

The motors are factory tested and preset. If the window drops slightly after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Anti-Pinch Reset Procedure

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the UP position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the DOWN position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
