ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. The motor should not be tested outside the door, as this can require a reset of the anti-pinch calibration.

RESET PROCEDURE (SUMMARY)

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Raise the window fully; if it drops after reaching the top, a reset is required.
• Step 1: Pull the switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Use one-touch up to raise the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
