ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This motor may feature an anti-pinch safety function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the function to fail and require resetting.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door before testing.
• Connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to raise the window fully and confirm correct operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
