ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

Some electric window motors are equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Do not power-test the motor before installation, as this may require a reset.

After installation and connection to the one-touch window switch:

• If the window travels fully up and stays at the top, the function is correctly set.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still moves down after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the function is correctly reset.
