ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This window motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch setting may be lost and require resetting.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to drive the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the steps until successful.
