ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch (one-touch) function. Do not power-test the motor before installation, or the anti-pinch memory can be lost.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window; it should close fully.
• If the glass drops slightly after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass up slightly to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
