ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION & RESET PROCEDURE

This electric motor is equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. To avoid malfunction, do not operate or test the motor before it is fully installed in the door and connected to the one-touch window switch.

• Install the regulator and motor in the door and connect the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window. If the glass reaches the top and stays there, the setup is correct.
• If the window automatically drops after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset steps:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window no longer drops after reaching the top. If it still drops, repeat the above steps until the function is correctly set.
