ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS WITH ANTI-PINCH)

If used with an electric motor equipped with an anti-pinch function, the window motor may require reset after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to confirm that the window travels fully to the top. If it drops down after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still moves down after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
