ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTE (FOR MOTORS)

This regulator is compatible with electric motors that may feature an anti-pinch function. If your window motor includes anti-pinch, correct setup is essential after installation.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE (WHERE APPLICABLE)

• Install the motor on the regulator and mount the assembly in the door before testing.
• Connect the one-touch window switch. Pull the switch up and check the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops slightly after reaching the top, reset the anti-pinch function as follows:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.
