ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (FOR MOTORS WITH ONE-TOUCH)

If used with a window motor featuring an anti-pinch / one-touch function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully to the top and check it no longer drops down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
