ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET INFORMATION

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, correct setup is required for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor out of the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to confirm the window travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops slightly after reaching the top, the anti-pinch function must be reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET STEPS

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it does not drop.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.
