ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION – IMPORTANT NOTE

This regulator is designed to work with electric motors that may feature an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. To avoid malfunction, the motor must not be tested outside the door before installation. If the anti-pinch function loses calibration, it will need to be reset.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window up to the top and confirm it no longer drops back down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
