Embossed aluminium heat shield sheet designed to manage and reduce radiant and conductive heat in performance and race applications. The semi rigid, formable construction allows easy shaping around turbo manifolds, exhaust components and other high-temperature areas.

MATERIAL & PERFORMANCE

Aluminium is used for its high corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and excellent reflectivity, with a low emissive rate to improve heat management. The embossed surface increases rigidity while remaining easy to work with.

The material is suitable for applications where components are exposed to high radiant and conductive heat, helping protect nearby parts and reduce under-bonnet temperatures.
