ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION (MOTOR SETUP NOTES)

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch function, correct setup is essential for proper operation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch setting may fail.
• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch: the window should travel fully to the top. If it drops after reaching the top, reset is required.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function operates correctly.
