Goods must be in their original packaging and unused/unopened.

Goods that have been opened CANNOT be returned.

Return postage is at the expense of the BUYER, we do not reimburse return postage costs.

Original postage fees are non-refundable. If the item you purchased was "Free Postage", a 10% returns handling fee may apply for each item being returned.

Buyer has 30 days to return the item, after this the item cannot be returned for a refund/exchange.

Auto Parts Now, at our discretion, will advise whether an item will be refunded/exchanged/replaced.

Any warranties listed, are Manufacturers Warranties, and goods will need to be returned to us for inspection of fault prior to replacement/refund. Return postage is at the expense of the buyer for all warranty returns.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty will be null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of instructions. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
