ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (IF APPLICABLE)

For window regulator motors with anti-pinch and one-touch function, the motor must be correctly initialised after installation. Do not operate or test the motor before it is fully installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

• The motors are tested and set before delivery.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up: the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top and does not drop. If it still drops, repeat the steps until successful.
