INSTALLATION NOTES

• Inspect the cooling system for stray/electric current before removing the old radiator.
• Completely drain and flush the cooling system before installation.
• Check and replace worn components such as hoses, clamps, thermostat, water pump and radiator cap as required.
• Refill with manufacturer-specified coolant only; do not mix different coolant brands.
• Perform a stray-current test after installation before final filling with coolant.
• Run the engine to normal operating temperature and check for leaks.
• Never remove the radiator cap when the engine temperature is high.

Failure to follow correct installation and testing procedures may result in cooling system damage and will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
