INSTALLATION & WARRANTY CONDITIONS

For the warranty to remain valid, this radiator must be installed by a qualified mechanic in a registered workshop. All recommended pre-installation and post-installation procedures must be completed, including stray current (electrolysis) testing of the cooling system.

• Inspect the cooling system for stray or electric current before removing the old radiator.
• Flush the cooling system with a quality alkaline flushing agent.
• Check the radiator cap, hoses, clamps, thermostat, water pump and fans for wear or damage.
• Refill with the manufacturer-specified coolant; use distilled or demineralised water with concentrate.
• Do not mix different coolant brands in the system.
• After installation, run the engine to normal operating temperature and check for leaks.

Failure to correctly test for stray current, flush the system, and use the correct coolant can lead to premature corrosion and will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
