Oil catch can kit designed for Toyota Prado 150 Series KDJ150 / 155R 3.0L models from 2009-2015. Installed inline between the crankcase breather and air intake to reduce oily sludge and condensation, helping to protect the turbo, intercooler and intake system.

• 1 x Stainless steel mounting bracket
• 1 x Oil catch can with internal filter element
• 1 x Drain kit with tap and hose
• 1 x Top hose
• 1 x Bottom hose
• Required fittings and hose clamps (as supplied)

MAINTENANCE

• Drain collected oil approximately every 5,000 km; inspect more frequently if towing or in harsh conditions.
• Replace the filter element around 40,000 km, or earlier depending on operating conditions.
• Replacement filter elements are available separately.

BASIC INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

Ensure the engine is switched off and completely cool before starting any work.

• Attach the drain hose to the base of the catch can and secure with a hose clamp.
• Route the drain hose down through the engine bay to a suitable access point and confirm the tap is in the OFF position.
• Disconnect the OEM crankcase breather pipe.
• Mount the catch can to the supplied bracket using the included hardware.
• Connect the lower hose from the catch can outlet to the OEM breather pipe/air intake using the supplied 16 mm straight joiner and clamps.
• Connect the upper hose from the catch can inlet to the crankcase outlet and secure with clamps.

After installation, start the engine and check all connections for secure fitment and leaks.
