Oil Catch Can Kit designed for Toyota Prado 150 Series KDJ150R / 155R 3.0L diesel (2009-2015). Installed inline between the crankcase breather and air intake to separate oil vapour and condensation, helping to prevent intercooler and turbo contamination.

MAINTENANCE

• Drain the catch can approximately every 5,000 km (or more frequently when towing or in dusty conditions)
• Replace the filter element around 40,000 km, depending on operating conditions
• Replacement filters are available separately

BASIC INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

Ensure the engine is switched off and cool before starting installation.

• Fit the drain hose to the base of the catch can and secure with the hose clamp, then route the hose down through the engine bay with the tap in the OFF position.
• Disconnect the OEM breather pipe and swivel the top rubber fitting as required for hose routing.
• Mount the catch can using the supplied stainless bracket, nuts and bolts.
• Attach the flanged end of the lower hose to the lower outlet of the catch can and connect the other end to the OEM breather pipe rubber fitting at the air intake using the supplied 16 mm straight joiner; secure with clamps.
• Attach the flanged end of the straight hose to the top inlet of the catch can and connect the other end to the crankcase outlet; secure with hose clamps.

After installation, start the engine and check all connections for leaks and proper hose routing.
