ANTI-PINCH MOTOR RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

This regulator is supplied without a motor. If you are using an electric motor with anti-pinch and one-touch function, follow the reset procedure below after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require reset.
• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window. If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset steps.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and verify it does not drop down again.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
