Anti-Pinch Function Setup

This motor is suitable for window regulators with an anti-pinch (one-touch) function. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

• Motors are pre-tested and set correctly before dispatch.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

Anti-Pinch Reset Procedure

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top without dropping. If it still drops, repeat the steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
