ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (WHERE APPLICABLE)

For motors with an anti-pinch function, do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the one-touch and anti-pinch features may require resetting.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; the window should travel fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops, repeat the above steps.

• Parts must be installed by a qualified automotive mechanic to maintain warranty.
