Anti-Pinch Motor Setup

If used with a motor featuring anti-pinch and one-touch function, correct setup is essential. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may need resetting.

Reset procedure (general guidance):

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to lower the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top and verify that it no longer drops back down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
