Anti-Pinch Function Setup

This regulator motor is equipped with an anti-pinch safety function. Do not operate or test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch settings may be lost and will need to be reset.

• Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull up the switch to raise the window so it travels fully to the top.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset procedure below.

Anti-Pinch Reset Procedure

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top and confirm it no longer drops down.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.
