ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

For window regulators with motors that include an anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly set after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to raise the window. If the glass goes up fully and stays at the top, the setup is correct.
• If the window drops slightly after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window up slightly to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window down slightly to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until it remains in the fully closed position.
