ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the motor must be correctly initialised after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is mounted in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail.
• Install the regulator in the door and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up; if the window travels fully up and remains at the top, setup is correct.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it still drops, repeat the above steps until successful.
