INSTALLATION & ANTI-PINCH RESET NOTE

This regulator is designed for use with an electric motor that may feature an anti-pinch function. When fitting or refitting a motor with anti-pinch, the motor should not be tested before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may require resetting.

General reset guidance for anti-pinch motors (if required):

• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the window fully up and down following the vehicle manufacturer’s procedure.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the one-touch and anti-pinch functions operate correctly.
