ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTE (FOR MOTORS)

If used with a motor that has an anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly set in the door before testing. Incorrect testing may cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

RESET PROCEDURE FOR ANTI-PINCH MOTORS

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch so the window travels fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the procedure until successful.
