ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION – IMPORTANT NOTE

If your vehicle uses a motor with an anti-pinch (one-touch) function, the system may require resetting after installation. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this can affect the anti-pinch calibration.

RESET PROCEDURE (FOR MOTORS WITH ANTI-PINCH)

• Install the motor on the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the window to the top. If the glass reaches the top and then drops slightly, perform the reset steps below.

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch in the "up" position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to lower the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch in the "down" position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window back to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function operates correctly.
