ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION NOTE (FOR MOTORS)

If your vehicle uses a motor with an anti-pinch function, the motor must be correctly set after installation. Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may fail and require resetting.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window down slightly to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up and check that it stays at the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
