Anti-Pinch Function Setup

This motor is compatible with anti-pinch (one-touch) window systems. Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door, as this may disrupt the anti-pinch calibration.

• Install the regulator and motor to the door and connect to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window. If it reaches the top and stays up, the calibration is correct.
• If the window reaches the top then drops down, follow the reset steps below.

Anti-Pinch Reset Procedure

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset procedure until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
