ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP (WHERE APPLICABLE)

For regulators with motors that include an anti-pinch function, the motor must be set in the door before testing. Testing the motor before installation can cause the anti-pinch function to fail and require resetting.

RESET PROCEDURE (SUMMARY)

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform a reset.
• Step 1: Pull the switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the reset steps until the function is correctly set.
