ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor is equipped with an anti-pinch function. Incorrect testing or setup can cause the function to fail and require resetting.

• Do not power-test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• The motors are pre-tested and set correctly before dispatch.
• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up to confirm the window goes fully to the top.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window fully up to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the steps until successful.
