ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

For regulators with motors that include an anti-pinch function, do not power the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.

• Install the motor and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully and check for correct operation.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the glass back to the top and confirm it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly set.
