ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP

This regulator motor may be equipped with an anti-pinch function. Incorrect testing before installation can cause the function to fail and require resetting.

• Install the motor in the door before testing operation.
• Connect to the one-touch window switch and raise the window fully.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully and confirm it stays at the top.

Repeat the steps if the window still drops after reaching the top.
