INSTALLATION & ANTI-PINCH NOTE

This regulator is designed for use with electric motors that may include an anti-pinch (one-touch) safety function. If your vehicle uses a motor with this feature, correct setup is essential.

Do not test the motor independently before it is installed on the door, as this can disrupt the anti-pinch calibration.

ANTI-PINCH RESET PROCEDURE (IF REQUIRED)

• Step 1: With the motor and regulator installed and connected to the one-touch switch, pull the switch briefly to move the glass fully up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch in the up position for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass fully down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch in the down position for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the glass again to the top and check that it no longer drops after reaching the upper end.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above steps until the anti-pinch function is correctly reset.
