Anti-Pinch Motor Reset (For Motors With One-Touch Function)

If used with a window motor that has an anti-pinch or one-touch function, the motor may require resetting after installation.

• Do not test the motor before it is installed in the door, otherwise the anti-pinch function may fail and need resetting.
• After installation, connect the motor to the one-touch window switch and raise the window fully to check operation.
• If the window drops down after reaching the top, follow the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the glass up slightly to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the glass slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully and confirm that it no longer drops after reaching the top.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the above procedure until the function is correctly set.
