ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION SETUP
If your vehicle uses an anti-pinch function, the motor must be set correctly after installation. Do not power the motor before it is installed in the door, or the anti-pinch function may require resetting.
- Install the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
- Operate the switch to raise the window fully and verify operation.
- If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure.
Reset procedure:
- Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly up to the top.
- Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
- Step 3: Press the window switch briefly so the window moves slightly down to the bottom.
- Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
- Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window to the top and confirm it no longer drops.
Repeat the reset steps if the window still drops after reaching the top.
