ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (MOTOR, IF EQUIPPED)

If your electric window motor has an anti-pinch/one-touch function, it may require resetting after installation.

• Do not operate or test the motor before it is fully installed in the door.
• Install the motor on the regulator and connect the one-touch window switch.
• Pull the switch up: the window should travel fully to the top. If it drops after reaching the top, perform the reset steps below.

Reset procedure:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly so the glass moves slightly up to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly so the glass moves slightly down to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch again to move the window fully up.

The reset is successful if the window stays at the top and does not drop. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
