IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES

This regulator is designed to work with the existing electric motor (not included). For motors with an anti-pinch function, correct setup is critical for safe operation.

ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE TO YOUR MOTOR)

• Do not power or test the motor before it is installed in the door.
• Install the motor to the regulator and connect it to the one-touch window switch.
• Operate the switch to raise the window fully. If the glass goes up and stays at the top, setup is correct.
• If the window drops after reaching the top, perform the reset procedure below.

Reset procedure for anti-pinch motors:

• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window slightly up to the top position.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top.
• Step 3: Press the switch briefly to move the window slightly down to the bottom position.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to raise the window fully to the top.

The reset is complete if the window remains at the top. If it drops again, repeat the above steps until the function is correctly set.
