ANTI-PINCH FUNCTION RESET (IF APPLICABLE)

If the window regulator motor includes an anti-pinch function and the window drops after reaching the top position, follow this reset procedure:

• Install the motor in the door and connect it to the one-touch window switch before testing.
• Step 1: Pull the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the top.
• Step 2: Hold the one-touch switch up for 3–5 seconds at the top position.
• Step 3: Press the window switch briefly to move the window fully to the bottom.
• Step 4: Hold the one-touch switch down for 3–5 seconds at the bottom position.
• Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to move the window back up to the top and check that it no longer drops.

If the window still drops after reaching the top, repeat the steps until the reset is successful.
